Leadbelly Metalworks fabricates custom metal components and welded assemblies for commercial, industrial, and municipal projects in Volusia County and surrounding Central Florida. We work in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Brackets, hangers, supports, and welded assemblies
Our fabrication work includes custom brackets, equipment frames, pipe and duct supports, hangers, small platforms, covers, and mounting plates. Parts can be built from your drawings or developed around field measurements and the installation requirements.
Commercial handrails and barriers
We fabricate steel and aluminum handrails, guardrails, and protective barriers for commercial steps, walkways, access areas, and equipment areas. Send the layout, dimensions, mounting conditions, and project specifications so fabrication and installation can be included in the scope.
From measurements to finished components
A fabrication quote starts with the intended use, material, dimensions, quantities, and finish. For replacement parts, photographs and an existing sample can help establish what needs to fit. For new assemblies, include connection details and access restrictions before fabrication begins.
Plate components can be produced through our CNC plasma cutting service. We also provide pipe welding and pipe-spool fabrication when the job includes piping.
