SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This policy applies to online merchandise and digital downloads ordered from leadbellymetalworks.com.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND MERCHANDISE
Physical merchandise is printed or produced after an order is placed. We use third-party production and shipping providers, including print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Production time is separate from carrier shipping time and can vary by product, destination, demand, and holidays.

RATES AND DESTINATIONS
Customers pay the shipping charges displayed at checkout. Shipping is calculated according to the item, shipping address, and available delivery methods. Items supplied by different production partners may ship separately and may incur separate shipping charges. Review your order total before paying. We currently offer checkout to destinations supported by our active Shopify markets and shipping options. We will not ship to destinations for which checkout does not offer delivery.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY AND TRACKING
Any delivery or processing estimates shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates, not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. We make reasonable efforts to ship within the timeframe promised when the order is placed. Tracking details are provided when available from the fulfillment partner. Please enter a complete, accurate mailing address, and contact us immediately if you notice a mistake; we cannot always change the address after production or shipping begins.

DELAYS, LOST ORDERS, AND NONDELIVERY
If we learn we cannot ship on time, we will notify you as required by law, explain your options to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel, and issue a prompt full refund where required. Under applicable U.S. rules, when no shipping period is stated, most internet merchandise orders must generally be shipped within 30 days or appropriate delay consent/refund procedures must be followed. If a package is lost, incomplete, arrives damaged, or is not delivered, email us with your order number so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
If international checkout becomes available, transit times, local customs procedures, import taxes, and duties may vary. Fees not included in the checkout total may be assessed by local authorities or couriers where lawful. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

DIGITAL STL AND DXF FILES
Digital products do not require shipping and should not incur a physical shipping charge. Files are delivered electronically through our digital-delivery service, normally by a download link after checkout or through an order email. If a file is missing or a link fails, email us for assistance.
