1. WHO WE ARE
This website, leadbellymetalworks.com, is operated by Leadbelly Metalworks LLC, a Central Florida fabrication and metalworking business. Contact us at leadbellymetal@gmail.com or (321) 497-7116. Our business mailing address is P.O. Box 390674, Deltona, FL 32739, United States. It is not a walk-in or product-return location.

2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS
These terms govern access to our website and purchases of online merchandise and digital design files. Submitting a fabrication or welding quote request does not create a contract, promise a price, or reserve shop time. Custom welding, metal fabrication, site work, and installation are covered by separately accepted written quotations or agreements.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ORDERS
We strive to describe our products accurately. Screen settings, fabric blends, print methods, and production variations can affect appearance. Review the item's description, size chart, included components, and technical requirements. We may correct obvious listing, pricing, or availability errors. If we cannot provide an item at the agreed price or specifications, we will contact you and provide the cancellation or refund rights required by law. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site; shipping and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS AND FULFILLMENT
Most physical merchandise is produced after purchase by independent print-on-demand suppliers and may ship in separate parcels. Payment for the merchandise is made to Leadbelly Metalworks through the website checkout. For defects, shipping issues, and refunds, contact Leadbelly Metalworks rather than the production company. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these online purchase terms.

5. DIGITAL FILE LICENSE
The STL, DXF, and similar files sold on this website are digital design files, not finished physical parts. Unless the product listing provides a different license, a purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and use the file for the buyer's own projects, including creating physical items for the buyer's personal or internal business use. It does not transfer copyright or intellectual-property ownership. You may not resell, post, share, sublicense, or redistribute the source digital files, whether modified or unmodified, without prior written permission. Commercial distribution of files or mass production of finished products for resale requires separate written permission unless the listing expressly permits it. Contact us if you need other licensing terms.

6. SAFETY AND TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY
Downloadable STL and DXF files are general design resources; they are not stamped engineering documents, installation certifications, load ratings, or guarantees of fitness for a particular application. Results depend on the chosen materials, machine settings, equipment, operator skill, tolerances, environment, mounting methods, and inspection. The buyer and user are responsible for verifying compatibility, dimensions, fit, strength, safe assembly, and compliance with applicable codes and requirements before making or using a part. Do not rely on a downloaded design for pressure containment, structural or lifting support, personal protective equipment, vehicle restraint, security-critical uses, or another safety-critical application without an independent evaluation by an appropriately qualified professional. Always follow equipment and material manufacturer instructions and use appropriate safety precautions. Nothing here excuses us from legal duties that cannot be disclaimed.

7. CLOTHING AND PRODUCT WARNINGS
Branded shirts, hoodies, and other casual apparel are merchandise, not flame-resistant personal protective equipment or protective welding garments. No listing should be interpreted as providing welding safety protection unless it expressly states an applicable tested safety rating.

8. PAYMENTS, DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND PRIVACY
The checkout shows the applicable price, taxes, and shipping charges before purchase. Payment is processed by the selected payment provider. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND WEBSITE USE
Our business name, logo, original designs, and site content remain our property or are used with permission. Do not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit them without authorization beyond rights granted by law or a particular listing. Do not use the site fraudulently, interfere with its operation, or submit misleading order information.

10. DISCLAIMERS AND LEGAL RIGHTS
To the extent permitted by law, we make no additional promise that an item or digital design will suit an unstated purpose or an application that has not been specifically evaluated. We are not responsible for harm caused solely by improper installation, material selection, fabrication, modification, or misuse. These terms do not exclude liabilities, refunds, warranties, or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES
Florida law governs where legally applicable, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their location. We may update these terms for future transactions. An order remains subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase, except where law requires otherwise.
