What to send before scheduling
Send an overall photo and close-up photos of the damaged area, approximate dimensions, material if known, and the job location. Tell us whether the part can be removed and brought in by arrangement or requires work at your facility. Include access restrictions, operating hours, and any shutdown or site requirements.
